sundry and various
1. So you know my groovy new car? The one I've been driving around since December 2006? Well it's been uninsured! I'm not sure why, but either the dealership didn't contact my insurance, or more likely, the insurance company was confused because my dad and I now have TWO 2005 PT Cruisers. So my dad got a bill and only one car was mentioned and oh noes! I called and explained today and I'm glad I didn't have an accident in the past three months ... but now my car is insured. Sheesh.
2. My hands are super cold.
3. I signed up to go scrapbooking today, but forgot that Fo is coming over to help clean. I have new stamps! And I printed out Disneyland photos! Hee. But it's always fun hanging out with Fo, as you could see from the photos the other day. The only sad thing is that I've been up most of the night and will be just about ready for bed right around the time Forrest arrives at my house. It's going to be a loooong day.
4. I only have 9 WW points left until midnight. Sigh. I do have some flex points, and I'm glad to have them because this is gonna be one of those days I use them!
5. I've done something to my nose. Well, I don't think I actually have, but it hurts. Like a pimple or cyst or something. Annoying.
6. jade_okelani and I went to the movies the other night (no spoilers until the cut) and afterward, while in the corridor of the movie theater, not INSIDE a theater, I took a photo of a standup. And the manager saw me and warned me that apparently the studios will have you arrested for doing such a thing. I was like "whaaaa?" and totally argued with him that this is not for some secret movie that nobody knows about, but a photo of a standup which anyone who sees a movie in their 14-theater complex will walk by and see! He was like "I'm just warning you, it's not us, its the studios, blah blah blahhhhh" and I was like "yeah, whatever. Tell them to come get me." He made me go all Valley Girl, as you can tell. I was rolling my eyes like a teenager. And yes, I will post the photo for all of you to see, and Fox can come after my ass if they so choose. Ridiculous. I'm even leaving this post public. COME GET ME, FOX, you losers. Actually, I think the manager was the loser. I don't think that Fox cares if people know that THE SIMPSONS MOVIE IS COMING OUT! Oops, was that a big secret or something? ::rolls eyes again::
7. Jade and I saw "Music & Lyrics," which we both liked just as much as we knew we would, and "Premonition," which I had heard was bad but hey, we used a free pass to get into "M&L" and sneaked into "Premonition," so a free movie. And it wasn't bad per se, for most of the movie, but then the end? BAD. I can't recommend it because of the ending. But I can recommend it for Julian McMahon being in the shower. He's no Taye Diggs, but he'll do in a pinch, you know? If you want to hear more about what I thought of either movie, ask and I'll reveal my deeper feelings. If I can remember them. If I have any.
