I decided last week that I wanted to clear up all my WIP's and start afresh in 2009.
Well... since 22 December, I'm starting to make some progress. I've finished Siobhan's socks, finished my
second sock half an hour ago and am about to tackle the fetchings. The Donegal blanket however, is still in no mans land. Its neither sewn or crocheted. Yes, I'm avoiding it.
I do have a bit of a plan for it though. Next week we're going to said Donegal and I think the blanket bits should coome too and hopefully the sewing will end there. I don't think the crocheting can start there (I don't have a hook big enough and basically I'm scared of the darn thing) but at least the worst will be over.
Can the blanket be finished in 2009? Will it finally lose the WIP status its held since June 2007 and become a Completed Object??? I sure hope so!
But what will I do once my longest WIP is gone????????
