a thought
This sorta directly relates to one of the many point in my last post, the precise number is unknown as I’m writing this in work and LJ is blocked and therefore can’t check.
On Wednesday at the SnB, Caroline told me that his sister was pregnant. Excellent news! I texted him on Thursday morning asking him to pass on my congratulations, delivery report (cuz I’m sad) told me that he’s received the message and …. Nothing. I know it usually takes him a while to reply, but seriously, a day and a half later there’s nothing?
When I do meet up with him and Caroline I feel like such an outsider, like I shouldn’t be there. The reason for this, of course, is because I don’t see them every week BUT that’s because I’M NOT ASKED! Its been so long since we regularly went out that I feel the need to be invited these days. Caroline knows this and yet, no invite. Meeting up with both of them is just awkward.
How does this link with the Laoiseach thing? Maybe I should just get the hint and stop contacting him, in every way shape and form.
