I’m wearing my boots…and my feet hurt. I didn’t bring my trainers with me or anything so I’m just going to have to suffer on. I do however have my evil Hush Puppies that I can wear if push comes to shove and the boots have to be removed. I think I just need insoles so my feel don’t slide about too much. I just have to get used to the slant…my feet don’t do heels and that’s why it always hurts the balls of my feet and they burn something shocking! But its time I sucked up the pain and hobbled a bit for the greater good that is actually wearing these boots until they fall apart!!! Its ok when I’m sitting down, it’s the walking that causes problems because the balls of my feet are now a bit tenderised, lol.
I forgot to open the first window on my advent calendar this morning because I was in a bit of a hurry to get out of the house. I’ve not been sleeping too well… I’m tired, go to bed but wake up about 4 times a night, no matter how late I go to bed or how early, so I end up waking up wrecked. I was up until 1 last night knitting stuff and watching DVD’s because I wanted to get the knitted bit done and I STILL woke up loads of times during the night. Its really annoying because then when the alarm goes off I can’t get up.
Now… I have been asked to compose a Christmas list because I am apparently very hard to buy for. I have thought about it, and thought a bit more and still I come up with the same thing… nothing. I thought about what I would like but wouldn’t spend the money on but again I come up with nothing. I took a notion yesterday to make a cardigan for Siobhan to see if I could do it. So if that helps anyone then yay! Other than that I can think of nothing. If you’re clutching at straws take a look at my DVD list and see whats NOT on it, lol. I’m hoping to get the A Team season 4 & 5 after Christmas in the sales but that’s it.
If you’ve thought of something and want to check that my mother/Santa hasn’t already got it, ring and ask.
Siobhan is having her first hour long riding lesson today. I’m excited for her, just to see what they do. Last night because of the wind and rain we were inside, 7 of us on big horses in a tiny indoor thingy. Not much space, but it was fun. We were trotting without stirrups and one handed, rising and sitting, and then Judith built a jump thing out of cones and poles and got us to jump it. It was really wide and tall and we think it’s the tallest she’s let us jump so far. It was great fun! And Sox was good again which leads me to believe that my ‘indoors’ theory is correct!
Suppose I may get back to work.
