It really annoys me that you can't spell. I know, I've never won a spelling bee. In fact, spelling was always my worst subject. But, if I don't know how to spell a word, I try to find a different word, or I just look it up. It isn't hard. www.dictionary.com is your friend.
...I think the only reason it grates on my nerves is because you can't spell simple things. If I'm talking to you on AIM, and you spell because with a "k," or if you somehow manage to misspell my name (Emily...that IS NOT HARD) five different times in a conversation, in five different ways it just annoys me. Know has a W on the end. Threw and through are not the same thing. (Yeah, that's not spelling, but it still BUGS me.)
I don't know. I understand typos. And I'm getting better at accepting the annoying Internet lingo like: "u r 2 cool." But I just can't handle your impossible ignorance. Don't tell me you never learned to spell. I know you went to a decent school, and there is NO REASON that you shouldn't know some basic rules of the English language.
