I honestly don't get it either. Nicole looks like she belongs in a Sears catalogue. Nik is friggin' gorgeous.

Jade is gorgeous. I don't have much to say about her attitude, though.
Gina is so annoying, honestly I want her cut now. The fact that she is so "confused" and uncertain about her roots really bothers me, and thus she should go home and figure all that out.
I'm not liking those forehead lines on Furonda's head, either. Yuck.
