Wow!
I am having a good day! Last night I found out that if we sold our house tomorrow for 300k
I would have 115k in my pocket after sale. That's pretty damn cool. I would have to say I'm pretty set for success cause the property will only increase in value.
On another note me and Jimi are super happy in our new home (I am such a house wife). We're jsut waiting for our bedroom to be carpeted and the shower wall to be installed in the bathroom other than that it's pretty homey.
We're going on a trip to calgary for thanksgiving, I have a dance competition and we're going to visit some family. It should be fun I wan't to go to ikea and the calgary tower and the zoo!!
I need to make more money. I'm in the process of starting my own dance school but it will probably take a couple years to really pull off.
