Horrible. The last 2 nights I've been sick as a dog and have not been able to find that elusive "Sleep".
....where are you?
I've been reading up to remedy the problem. They say you're not supposed to read or do anything stimulating on your bed. I've been watching the movie Oldboy on my bed. This movie would make Quentin Tarentino wet himself a little.
Been reading about Tibet and I want to go, I tried to buy an erhu off eBay.
They tell you to wind down your thoughts before you sleep but I have this crazy guitar riff coming through my consciousness that just won't leave me be. I try to forget you but you still wont go away! Oh yeah! Piano is tough!
Don't eat before sleeping?!?! It's not my fault, I had an immense craving for fries!
I broke out my old song book. I was so much more creative in my younger days. Must be getting old.
Don't nap during the day - I've been sick without classes on a windy rainy Sunday. Unavoidable I tell you.
Well, when everything's against you it's difficult to back down.
All I think about nowadays is music, surfing and snowboarding.
Just downloaded the semi-new Sondre Lerche UK EP off iTunes. Instead of killing the music business I have injected 5 dollars back into it's shrinking industry, but somehow I doubt Sondre will see any of it. Hm. Can't wait till the new CD next year. Has anyone seen the new iPod...maybe....
So, I have decided to wake up tomorrow and open my eyes and try and see the world in a new light...well, it will be new light won't it? Sadness is rearing it's ugly head, most likely due to the disruptions of my Circadian Rhythms. That would be a good song title no? Something like, "Oh girl, nights I stay up, you are disrupting my circadian rhythms. my intentions are oh so hidden..." on second thought maybe no as in no way.
I wonder.
In 2 months, will anyone still recognize me?
Good luck world (or at least anyone who actually reads these things), stay healthy,
love.
Alex
