Sore....
Jen and I went snowboarding yesterday, and both of us are in a glorious amount of pain. I for one neglected my exercises for weeks now and this was the first time I'd really done anything physically taxing. This was the second time my sweetie was on a board and the snow ended up getting rather well packed that late in the day and also all the folks there for Spring break. Either way, both of us ended up taking some nasty falls in the process and are working on recovering in time to make it out next week for the last week of the season at central.
I could really use a massage about now. Aleve has been my friend all day.
In other news, it appears that after all these years, one of my old friends Brandon Grahm, that I have lost touch with had one of his comics published by Tokyo Pop called King City. I found it at my local Barnes & Noble of all places. I had been wondering what he'd been up to all these years and had been wanted to ping him and see where life was at for him. I don't think a lot of people would get his sense of humor or art style but knowing where he came from I can still see things that harken back to the old times I remember. I look forward to reading more of his work if I can get my hands on it.
