For anyone feeling blue lately, I suggest trying a vitamin D supplement. I just recently started taking one this week and I could feel an immediate improvement in my mood. I'm taking a 1,000 mg or whatever the measurement is of D3 supplement in addition to the 800 mg already contained in my daily multivitamin. The nice thing too is that supplements go on sale buy one get one free all the time and there are always $1.00 or $2.00 off coupons (and the $1 ones can be doubled).
If you're feeling crappy, or even if you're not, I definitely recommend it!
