Cannon Stuff
Billy is from a video game called Billy Hatcher and the Giant made by Sega.
Billy was chosen by Menie Funie, the god of chickens, to help save morning land from the threat of Dark Raven & his evil crows. Dark Raven aim to cast eternal night across the land.
Menie Funie gifted Billy with the Legendary chicken suit. Which give him the power over eggs.

Headcannon & route stuff
Billy is seven years old but thanks to route rules he's 10 now. However he hasn't realize this yet.
Billy is polite and not quick to judge unless you're a crow. Or he if sees you doing something bad.
He's courage incarnate he's not afraid of anything except not letting down or not being able to protect his friends.
He's naive, he'll pretty much believe anything you tell him. Unless he's deems you a bad guy.
He's a bit absentminded, he tends to forget things when he's in a hurry.
He's got golden chick coins in his pocket.
Billy meets a lot of famous sega characters in his game. So he'll recognize any he meets in route or anyone game I decide to place him in.
Billy was transported to Morning land from a human world. In my mind that is the world of sonic adventure.

- He can ground pounding and jumping with the eggs without breaking them.

- Awakening egg animals to help him out.
- No matter how big the egg billy can roll them around.
- Reflecting and purifying dark energy balls [Didn't expect that one did you.]
