So, I was driving to work this morning and this guy cut me off... Or... actually, he was in front of me, changed lanes because he thought the lane to the right of us was going faster, decided it wasn't, started to swerve into my lane in front of me, decided I was too close to do it, decided he didn't care and then cut me off. As I was cursing him in my mind, traffic slowed way the eff down. He hit the woman in front of him. As I drove away, after trying to maneuver around the wreck, I thought, "Ok, stupid drivers are blessings in diguise? I am glad i didn't wreck." But then I thought, "wait, I was able to stop without hitting him, gthe person behind me was able to stop without hitting me (which I was worried wouldn't be the case) and everyone behind that person seemed to stop just fine. This guy is just a jerk!"

So, I guess my question is, am I bad person because I did not try to give my contact information as a witness? And how might I got about doing that after the fact? (I thought about calling the CHP, but thought that might be stupid.)
