I'm in the midst of painting a room that...well...clearly, the people that lived here before had a painting disability

I know all about rooms that were painter's tape blue.



that was the bathroom before we painted it. It took three coats of primer to neutralize both the blue and yellow. and the blue was even on the ceiling.
