As I always say, "In bondage play, as well as in life, it is always important to find your center."
This is true on so many levels. In this couples focused class I will discuss how using rope bondage and energy play can enhance the interconnection between you and your partner. Eastern philosophies merge in this class, from the shibari influenced binds to the yoga inspired energy exchange. This class is geared to both beginners and experienced players and basic floor exercises will be taught. I will cover rope basics and safety and I will teach my personal favorite intimacy enhancing bondage techniques while walking you through a guided bondage experience. Learn how to charge your ropes with intent and purpose and you learn how to connect on a deeper level with your partner. Come with your own ropes and a willing partner as there will be a hands-on portion of the class. Dress in comfy clothes and come prepared to get on the floor to breathe, balance, and find your center. Floor mats and ropes will not be provided but you are free to bring your own, I suggest at least two (2) 25-30 ft lengths of whatever rope you prefer.
