So a couple of weeks ago I officially decided to do something proactive about my weight again.
I used to follow the Weight Watchers program, and I lost about 8 kilograms doing that, which was great. But then my schizophrenia got worse and I fell off the wagon a bit, and put it all back on. Now I want to hop back on and lose it again. Plus a bit more. That would be choice.

Basically I'm posting this here as a sort of initiative. If you guys know I'm trying to lose weight I'll have more support, and won't be able to make as many excuses if I screw up. Hopefully all of you will get behind me and push me when I need pushing.

My main goal, which should be very easily attainable, is to lose 10kg by October. That's when I go to America with Claire. If I can lose more than 10 kilos by then, then great. If not, at least 10. That's my aim.

Every week when I weigh in at Weight Watchers, I'll come on here and update you all on how I went. That way I can keep track of my progress in a semi-public forum, and I'll have someone to celebrate with when I reach my goals! And the first of those is to lose 2kgs.

Weigh in is Tuesday. Fingers crossed for a loss!
