I suppose an update is due.
Point one: I took my engagement ring off 72 hours ago. I think that means I'm not engaged anymore. I'm not sure.
Point two: I kicked Dan out of our apartment. I told him to find somewhere else to live for the month of march.
Point three: My life has crumbled around me.
Point four: I'm stuck in Canada for the next five months, because I'm not the type of person who can abandon an MA program, especially one that I'm doing pretty well in.
Point five: I'm not sure I even want to leave Canada.
In summary: I'm an emotional wreck, I have no idea what's going on with my life, and I'm going to Florida for a bit to sort things out.
Sympathy is appreciated, but please don't ask me what our specific problems are. I actually can't bring myself to outline them on the internet just yet.
Also snarky comments about Dan are not quite appropriate either.
