[pics] Deidara and KakuHi
Coloured. Remember how before Otakon, I posted black and white pictures of Deidara and KakuHi that were going to be sold at the artist's alley?
Well, the sale was abysmal I'm here to post the coloured versions of said pics!
First, Deidara.
WARNING: SPOILERS FOR CHAPTER 362-363 OF NARUTO. (also, half-naked man)
This actually took me a lot longer to colour than I originally thought it would...and it was about 44 layers, hurrr. Cuz I didn't want to mess up too much, so every detail I put into a new layer to be coloured. My computer was DYING by the end of all this.
I gave less detailed colouring/shading to his abs cuz I figured that he was more slender and a long distance fighter than a brawl fighter.
Next, Kakuzu/Hidan. Making out. In an office. I think I should say it's NOT VERY WORKSAFE.
And this is what happens after the nine-to-five...
I was really happy with the way Kakuzu's colouring came out (his hair, his back muscles. Thank god), and his stitches, too. Though I kinda sniggered at Hidan's colouring scheme cuz when I was inking his hair, I thought: "hey he looks a bit like Draco Malfoy..." so I gave him a Slytherin tie *isshot*
I've kept one copy of this by my side for people who might want one, the rest I've sent to my sister in IN to be sold at the central US cons.
