It's okay. I don't remember mom much and dad... I haven't seen him in awhile.

For Shiro. Shiro is... It's hard to explain, and I don't remember everything, but I think she was an experiment.

They were trying to heighten a person's immune system somehow, and experimenting on Shiro.

[He smiles at that.] It's nice to meet you too, Aang.

Um...so, I guess I should start by explaining about Deadman Wonderland. It's a prison. I was sentenced to death and sent there, but it's really just a front for collecting people with the kind of powers I have.

[He shakes his arm a little to make his sleeve fall back, exposing his hand. A tendril of blood seeps out of the open cut on his thumb, and swirls around in the air for a minute. To Aang, it'll look most like water bending.

Except with blood.]

It's called the Branch of Sin. Anyone who has it is a Deadman.
