A brief summary explaining how to use the Aura Soul Throw. Depending on the system, you may have trouble using this strong physical attack.
Lesson #37.0 -- Aura Soul Throw
Description
- This attack is a rushed physical attack that draws its power from mental
strength. The stronger the will of the one who wields it, the more dan-
gerous the throw will be. Two physical attacks are made; the second
attack attempts to lift the opponent into the air. Weight does not
play a large role in the attack, as physical strength is not an issue
here; therefore, it is possible to wield the strength of many men into
a single blow. Upon being lifted high into the air, the attacker will
use his mental strength to augment his jump and soar into the air with
the opponent, and, as the opponent reaches the apex of his aerial un-
balance, he will be caught and thrown downwards with great force.
Damage Calculation
- Aura Soul Throw's primary damage consists of the ending attack.
This attack cannot be parried or countered in the air.
- The first two hits are very strong physical attacks.
They are extremely difficult to parry or counter against.
- Use this attack after finishing up a combo. If you are using
a sword, it will be unusable for the duration of the attack.
If you are using a staff, it will be used for the second part
of the attack and will be unusable for a short duration of the
attack.
- Aura Soul Throw is difficult to defend against; however, blocking
the first two hits will render you less vulnerable to the finishing
strike. You must be in the air to be thrown, so if you are not in the
air at the time of the final strike, the opponent will be flying
high into the air and will be prone to a counterattack.
- Do not counter the Aura Soul Throw. It is likely that you will be lifted
into the air and thrown for massive damage.
- You can easily dodge the Aura Soul Throw by simply being out of range of
the rushing attacker, but if you are in range, it is extremely unlikely
that you will be able to dodge.
