2011 "Fur"st Serve Tennis Tournament
So, yesterday was the first annual (I hope first of many) "Fur"st Serve tennis tournament. I used the excuse of my birthday to get 7 friends to sign up for the draw, and I hope everyone had enough fun that they'll be willing to do it next year as well, cause I sure had a blast. :)
I'd like to thank everyone who participated as well as those who can to the corresponding picnic with us to eat, play bocce ball, take pictures and spectate. In the end, it was a pretty exciting tournament with some upsets and injuries mixing things up.
After 5 hours of playing, the top three ended up as follows:
Third Place: Yours truly
Second Place: colsongrainger
And the Champion: kashra
After the tournament we had an exhibition match with a special participant...
Followed up by the trophy presentation:
