Tired of singing your way around town like a refugee from some demented hallucination of Mr. Disney's?
Tired of your neighbor's lack of singing voice?
I hereby offer my services as mind-speaker and interpreter for hire, during the hours when I am not on duty in Mr. Urahara's shop.
When I am on duty, of course, I believe I may safely offer a method of purchasing the necessities without yodeling one's way through the checkout line. :3

[ooc: Urahara-mun, I don't think we ever got entirely through the shop log where Sydney was going to go in for the interview, but I'd imagine that they could be mutually useful enough to each other that I doubt Urahara would've turned him down for that job offer?]
