rambly about the year so far...
so far the year hasn’t been what I expected… not necessarily bad (or good) but… different. Money’s been extra tight w/ the move and all... the apartment is really nice, but I’m still getting used to being so much farther from everything… and I’m still trying to get all my stuff moved. And kinda sad to be losing 2 friends to Denver... not that I’m actually losing them, just don’t get to see them. Though this weekend I was able to reconnect/ work out some issues with an amazing friend whom I haven’t seen since the end of November… soooo incredibly nice to be able see him again (and before any of your dirty little minds go the wrong direction, none of you know him and it is NOT who you are probably thinking… just had to be said). Emotionally have been kinda up and down lately... giddy one minute then down the next... but have been going out lots, which helps. (actually have probably been going out too much... woke up the beginings of a cold) saw brokeback mountain with lula-neith yesterday for her b-day. wonderful movie. all of you must go see it.
oh, btw... ulittlewonder if you read this, I’m so sorry about not showing on sat… my phone was being wonky and not actually ringing when you called, and by the time I realized it was 11 and you had actually called I tried to call, but couldn’t get you... so yeah, sorry about not showing…
anyway, glad everyone else seems to be having a good year so far… at least from what I’ve heard. And at least things are better than last month (though they honestly couldn’t have gotten much worse...) and on that note must end the rambly post because it is almost time to go home. :)
