today at work we had to change the look of the store again!!! since i am in charge of everybody we didn't get shit done!!! fuck!! it's not that i'm a bad manager it's just that everybody else is kind of skeptical about my promotion so NOBODY IS FREAKIN LISTENING TO ME!!!! it's so fucking frustrating that you can't finish your work and then you look bad to the big bosses. man i need some leadership skills or something, just cant seem to get people to freakin listen to me. got yelled at because they said that i can't finsih my work on time, well if you would have fuckin told me what to actaully do with the freakin team then i might have been able to handle them a lot better. dont just freakin tell me that "hey you're gonna be managing this team so here ya go!" what the fuck?!! aaaaaaargh!! i need to start bringing a fuckin whip and start lashing people.
