Been a pretty productive weekend. Baked bread for the first time, made Christmas cookies and decorated them, knitted two more scarves and some hats(Thanks Maggie and Angeline)and cleaned the crap out of my house with some laundry on the side. Doing more baking this week with mom to bring in for the masses at work. It's much cheaper than buying

I'm barely buying anything for anyone this year and my coworkers aren't getting shit. They all know I'm broke and that I have no free time because I'm always at work. Bah humbug is right.

It turned out pretty good actually. Just plain bread. Want to get into Cheesy stuff next. Jesus I'm Betty Crocker not Martha Stewart...gah!!

Someone made this really good cherry bread for my mom for Xmas - she's trying to get the recipe. If she gets it, I can pass it along if you'd like to try it.

sure..apparently the Christmas cookies didn't kill anyone so they are up for grabs on the next batch.....although not sure how fresh they would be and you can ask Maggie my luck with the mail is not so great.

Heh, it's okay. I've convinced my mom to make cookies for me this year so I don't go wanting. The postal service here SUCKS (how does it take two weeks to mail something across town? Seriously, how? You could WALK every street in town in under a week) so I wouldn't exactly want to put my life in their hands. Thanks anyway!
