It is time
Well, I am very excited. And a little scared.
I had my last doctor appointment today and have been cleared to return to work. She signed my release form that says as of April 14th I may resume my job. Yay! Yay? Yay!
Really, I need this. My last day of work was December 22nd, so it has been almost four months since I last was at work. Three major surgeries later, I am finally ready to get back into this. I just don't know how well I will adjust to going back. I don't foresee any real problems, though. I mean, it's not a physically demanding job (I sit at a computer and answer phone calls, among other things). So I think this should go well.
I just haven't been four months without work for ages. It's kinda weird. Although this definitely has not been a vacation at all. I joked today that I'd like a vacation to relax from all this. But really my body needs to get back into the work routine.
