hello my friends. i had a pretty good day 2day. daph, danielle, joseph, & i had a gig this morning. it was pretty good, after we figured out that playing heart wounds @ a bridal shower is not the BEST idea & that rosymedre is a sucky song. lol. i did a lot better than last week. i practiced...ONCE...this week. yeah so joseph & i hung out there for a while after daph & danielle left. he kept trying 2 make me eat this chicken sandwhich thing. then we got confused about whether or not we were suppose 2 throw away the plates. they were pretty ok, joseph?!?! lol.
after the gig i came home & got in my pj's. i tried 2 call alison but she didn't pick up, & eventually called me back laterz. i talked 2 my friend jenna long distance for a while. then, @ 12:25 i realized that i was suppose 2 get my eyebrows waxed @ 12:30 & i was wearing my pj's & had completely 4got about it. so i pretty much hung up the phone on jenna, then ran upstairs & grabbed the 1st thing i saw hanging out of my drawers & on the floor, a pair of jean shorts w/a stain on them & a neon blue shirt w/running turkeys on it (it was from a race that i "ran" in when i was 3). i got in teh car & sped out of the driveway & all the way down I-10 & de zavala. that was kinda fun. it ALMOST felt like THE ITALIAN JOB. lol, alison!!! so i got 2 this spa place (where they were going to do my eyebrows) & i looked like crap (but i had on make up & the lady told me i should model so i guess i didnt'look that bad, it wasjust funny b/c everyone there is in semi-casual clothing).
so, then i went to ROSS & while i was in there looking for a photo album (i got a cute one) it started randomly pouring down rain. then, when i got 2 my house it hadn't rained much.
i spent the rest of the day sleeping, talking on the phone, pondering, & reading. alison called me from DCI which is this drumline thing & THEY PLAYED PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN!!! the guy even yelled, "WHY IS THE RUM GONE?" in the middle of the song. IT WAS SO COOL!!! 4 those of u who don't know me that's my line 4rm that movie. it's the best!!! (if u don't know spanish, that's what my username is! lol!).
I FIGURED OUT THE SECRET 2 HAPPINESS!!!: don't think! thinking is hazardous 2 your health. if u don't think, u can't worry. not really don't think. i guess it should be more of: don't dwell on one thing 4 2 long. i know that that seems deadly obvious but that has helped me out a lot in the last month....& a half.....or something.
i decided that i'm going to call someone on monday 2 c if he wants 2 do something w/lyndsay & i & the other guyz that we met @ youth conference. it shall be fun.
i'm tired & going 2 work on my photo album.
