Well, today's been a good day for the most part. :)
For one, I got my mom's computer back from the shop? Wanna know why it was basically a shit? We had 1600 viruses on it. Eeek. Anyhow, it's back now. And it's upgraded - I now have Windows Media Player and I can install/download anything I want. Next week I'm definitely installing Paintshop. :D
Secondly, I went out driving today. I drove with my aunt Judy for two hours in her car, which is a stick shift. It was midly frustrating because I wasn't always able to find the balance between the accelerator and the clutch, so the car would die out, LOL. I was able to switch between first and second gear pretty easily, but when third gear came into play, it seemed like instead of going down to second, I went down to neutral. Gah.
Then I was able to drive my mom's car, which is an automatic. Her car is a Thunderbird, so it's huge. It was extremely frustrating driving with her, because she kept getting hyper and yelling at me. I slammed on the brakes a couple of times just to irritate her.
But the good thing was, she let me drive home, which was...exhilarating. The speed limit was 50 and she wouldn't let me go over 25. I understand, though, cause it was my first time out. Overall, I've decided that I'm going to like driving. It gives me a good feeling of control, and I like that. ;)
I should be doing a movie review post soon. I haven't done one in so long, so I'm feeling the need. If you guys want me to review a particular movie that you haven't seen (but maybe want to know if you should see it), let me know. If I have seen it, I'll do a review of it.
On the list at the moment: Star Wars, Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, Batman Begins, Beyond the Sea, The Aviator & Murder By Numbers. Those are the ones I've seen more recently, so I still have them fresh in my mind. :)
