I plan on doing every moment they've shared throughout the show.

A wounded Jack sees Kate and asks her if she can stitch him up.
She is hesitant at first, almost in tears, but he tells her he can do this and that he really needs her help. She agrees.

Kate turns to the sound of his voice.
JACK: Please help me. I'm bleeding all over the jungle here.

A Little Story About Fear.
Jack tells Kate of his first solo procedure as a surgeon. When he messed up during the operation, he was terrified, but he let the fear in for five seconds. Then he went back to work and everything was okay.
Jack sheds a tear as he tells Kate his story.
Little do we know, Crying!Jack will be a regular occurance.
Kate is touched.
Kate says that if she had been in Jack's place,
she would have run for the door.
Because, as we learn, that's what Kate does. Runs.
Jack's response, "No, I don't think that's true. You're not running now."
Proper Introductions.
Jack talks about the crash and he & Kate formally introduce themselves.
Jack laughs as he realizes he doesn't know this girl's name.
Kate tells him her name. I have to point out here how meaningful it is that Kate tells Jack her real name.
She could have told him any name (Lord knows she has enough aliases), but she didn't.
Also key fact: her own freaking husband didn't even know her real name.
Monster Eats the Pilot.
Jack and Kate trek through the jungle, Charlie with them, to locate the cockpit of the plane and find the transceiver. They climb aboard and hear the monster right outside. The monster then eats the pilot, scaring them all shitless.
JACK & KATE: *scared shitless*
After hightailing it out of the plane, Kate finds herself alone in the jungle.
She starts to sob hysterically, screaming, "JAAAAAACCCCCKKKKKK!" at the top of her lungs. But she remembers the good doc's story about fear and counts to five.
Reunited again, Jack and Kate look up at the pilot's mangled body perched in a tree.
The thought running through their minds? "Oh, fuck."
Wait For Me.
Kate tells Jack that she's going on a hike with Sayid.
They're going to try to send out a signal on the transceiver.
Jack is concerned about her safety.
JACK: I am being cute and raising my eyebrows, trying to get you to wait for me.
That way I can protect you with my Jack-ness. But since you don't want to wait, I will
settle on telling you to run if you see or hear anything.
KATE: I will so jump your bones later.
I Have To Tell You Something (but not what you want to hear.)
Kate tells Jack about the distress call that she and the others picked up on the transceiver. Jack, who has now found Kate's mugshot and knows she's a criminal, doesn't really care.
KATE: Hey. I'm totally not a criminal. :D
JACK: My girlfriend's a criminal. :/
Kate asks if the marshall has said anything about her.
Jack lies and said he didn't say anything about her.
I Saw Your Mugshot.
After the marshall attacks Kate, Jack demands to know what she did to him.
This leads to a big fight out in the rain.
Kate begs Jack to put the marshall out of his misery.
Jack tells her he saw her mugshot.
Jack broods.
Kate watches.
JACK: I am not a murderer! ... Thanks for clarifying, Jack.
Kate is taken aback by his harsh words.
Kate!
When Hurley tells Jack that Kate has a gun, Jack flips out.
He thinks she's going to shoot the marshall.
Turns out she didn't. She let Sawyer do it instead.
Jack sees her, relieved.
Kate looks back at him, then walks away as the gunshot goes off.
We Died.
Kate sits down next to Jack and wants to tell him why the marshall was after her.
Jack says he doesn't want to know, that nothing they did before matters.
They died the day the plane crashed and are now reborn.
To symbolically show rebirth, the wardrobe department has put Jack and Kate in white clothing.
This is one of those pictures where I squee because of the similarities in their body positions.
They're both looking at the ground, they're hands are in the same position as are they're legs.
THEY ARE SO SOULMATES.
Boars!
It is discovered that boars are on the island when they come into the camp.
The next day, Locke tells everyone that it'll be fun to go hunting.
Kate signs up right away and Jack is concerned.
Kate is all, "Awww, you're worried about me" and Jack calls her on her tendency to run.
Then Kate tells Jack the real reason why she's going.

Kate returns from her trek of half hunting and half doing Sayid's bidding.
Jack asks if she's okay and Kate tells him that Locke's gone. If only.

ME: MWUAHAHAHAHA-ing again, even though no one will get these references.
Awww, look at the expression on her face. That's contentment.
I'd be contented too if Jack had his big doctor hands on my face.

...and then grabs his hand to comfort him.
This is a typical angsty stance for our couple.

After Jack is unable to save a woman drowning in the water, he is emo.
Kate tells him it wasn't his fault and he says that he decided not to go after her.
He then sees his daddy on the beach, even though his daddy is dead.
Kate blames his craziness on his lack of sleep.
Angsty stance again. Let me tell you, there are A LOT of them.

Methinks Kate shouldn't look too skeptical, since she's going to start seeing horses soon.
The Water of LOVE.
Kate brings Jack water after his long, hard day in the jungle.
She asks where he's been and he says that he had to take care of some things.
"That's all I'm going to get, huh?" Kate says with a wry smile.
Jack tells her that his father died in Sydney.
Awww, cuteness. Jack watches her as she smiles.
JACK: I have daddy issues...
JACK: ...sometimes it makes me cry.
KATE: I'm sorry.

Verbally Copulating.
Jack and Kate flirt till kingdom come. She asks about his tattoos.
He says he's not telling her how he got them. She says he's hardcore.
Charlie says they're verbally copulating.
Awww, she's zipping up his backpack. As if he can't do it by himself.
THEY ARE SO MARRIED.
JACK: I'm being sexed up and I like it.

Just so everyone knows, when I saw this episode for the first time, I had no idea what the word "copulate" meant.
I just called it sex. Nothing fancy. However, I looked it up and here is the exact definition:
to engage in sexual intercourse. And then I thought, "Hmmm, that explains a lot."
Adam & Eve.
After bees chase them, Jack and Kate take off their clothes.
Tho I don't really see how that helps protect against bee stings.
Anywho, they find a pair of skeletons which Locke names, "Adam and Eve".
Then Jack tells Kate that moving into the caves would make a whole lot of sense.
Kate - who is BORN TO RUN - disagrees with this idea.
They weren't doing anything, honest.
JACK: Come on, we can be the new Adam and Eve.
KATE: Jack, I've known you for three days.
You Checking Me Out?
Kate notices Jack staring at her as she ties her shoes.
She asks if he's checking her out; he denies it.
He says she would know if he was checking her out.
She says he doesn't have to deny it; tell her what he was thinking.
He says he was thinking about building a dam at the caves.
Way to ruin the moment, Jack.
I read a blurb by the writers about how in this scene, Jack is just mesmerized by Kate tying her shoe.
He's not looking her up and down and checking her out, he's watching her TIE HER SHOE.
Kate notices him watching her. "You checking me out?"

I can only imagine what Kate's looking at.

Michael tells Kate she's going to kill herself if she keeps digging the way she is.

Jack and Charlie get out of the cave-in.
Everyone is all happy that they're safe.
Especially Kate, who practically catapaults herself into Jack's arms.

Jack is pissed when Sawyer won't give him Shannon's asthma medicine.

Jack is jealous. Sawyer tells Kate he'll give her the medicine in exchange for a kiss.
Both Jack and Kate wind up PWNED.
JACK: OMG KATE NOES. YOU CANNOT CONNECT WITH SAWYER. HE'S EBIL.
KATE: SAWYER REMINDS ME OF MY ABUSIVE DADDY.
