I'm glad that you didn't feel the need to be anorexic, but that doesn't mean that other girls won't. The women in American society are constantly pressured to look a certain way and I think this movie is only adding to that. It might seem insignificant, but all the jokes about the disorders and what the characters consider to be "fat" will hit home with some people.
You are 5'2 and 105 pounds; they may not be the ideal height for women of your culture, but that's not bad for Americans. In fact, that's pretty good. But most girls aren't like that and they will feel bad. I am not even 5'0 and I weigh 128 pounds. No, I am not obese in any way, but I am chubby. I felt really insulted by the film.
Females in general tend to think that they're fat (even when they're far from it) and by watching this film, they'll only believe that that is how society thinks of them, too. And think about the women out there who really do have weight problems - imagine how this makes them feel.
I'm not quite sure how eloquent this comment, but my feelings on this are kind of hard to project with words. :)
