Update! Teehee!
Today's been an okay day.
I woke up late (at 5:53 to be exact) because I had my alarm clock set for the wrong time. And since I leave at 6:04, I had to haul ass. It turned out alright, though, because I made it to my bus stop on time. Go me!
English was boring as usual. No one had done the reading, so Mr. Lemmond didn't even teach. So I fell asleep. I stayed awake in Mr. Bernhard's class, tho, and got all my work done. Go me (again)!
Then kickasselfgirl and I tried to watch Thunderpants (yes, Rupert Grint's movie), but it wasn't working on the computers. Really unfortunate, because I reeeeaallly want to see that movie.
Came home, went to sleep, woke up. Dinner was actually good tonight; ham, potatoes with country gravy, and vegetables. Then everyone in my family amused me when the thunderstorm started. Apparently the weatherman had called for a tornado and so when it started raining really hard and the wind started blowing and the lightning lit up the sky, my siblings freaked out.
Ms. Beth was out somewhere and Charlie had the most adorable reaction.
CHARLIE: *looking outside at the thunderstorm* Where's mom?
SOMEONE: She's out doing something.
CHARLIE: *eyes widen* MOMMY'S GONNA DIE!!!!
Fortunately, mommy did not die, but our whole family went outside to have fun in the thunderstorm. We're idiots, I know, but it was relaxing. :)
Dad and I watched ER because he had not yet seen it. And he clearly has no heart.
*episode ends*
ME: *tearing up* God, it's so sad!
DAD: What?
ME: The show! Didn't you think that was sad?
DAD: What was sad about it?
ME: Neela left! Ray admitted his feelings! She didn't take the shirt.
DAD: She did what she had to.
ME: I know she did! But it's sad! Look at Ray, look at him!
DAD: He'll get over it by banging another 14 year old.
Pffft. SO NOT COOL, DADDY. Tho it was funny when he thought that the guy playing Neela's husband's father was Wesley Snipes. ROFL.
Anywho, in celebration of that loffly ER episode and the fact that NARNIA COMES OUT ON DVD TOMORROW, I made an icon post. Includes Narnia and Ray/Neela icons - you can find it HERE!
