JUNE:
Movies: (Not so many because we got busy)
Sorcerer's Apprentice (yes, it was the second time I'd seen it) Nicholas Cage, what can we say. Liz and I like his movies. Sappy, smarmy, fun, cool graphics and CGI. And I adore the remake of the classic Disney short "The Sorcerer's Apprentice". Don't forget the Tesla music!
Deathrace (I know tis a well deserved R, but Jason Stratham... and we both like him). Seriously deviant movie. Lots of violence and gore. Mmmm. Well done though.
War (Jason again). Again violent. Well done. A bit of a surprise at the ending. No, I did not figure it out until almost the end, which made it even better.
Crank. (Yeah. Another Jason Stratham). Okay... very much NOT worth the cost of the rental. Period. End. Plot, what plot? I mean seriously. Love the streaking through the city though. Very nice. Otherwise, not worth it.
TV/Mini series (mostly rental and a couple of online watches)
V - new series. Liz and I both adored it. And yeah, I was a fan of the original mini-series.
Earth 2 - a science fiction TV show I cannot finish watching. Interesting premise. I was unfortunately predicting the end/main point of each ep by the second one and gave up at episode 5. Liz continued through the second disk before quitting.
Sons of Anarchy season 1 and 2. All I can say is... OMG! Ron Pearlman still has it!
Game of Thrones - AWESOME
Camelot - beautiful, wonderful references to some of the more obscure Arthurian legends. Too much unneeded sex on screen. Boring. And this from an unrepentant Arthurian addict.
