The Yankees Struggles? BUCS and FSU update
Ok everybody knows that the Redsoxs gained ground on the Yanks in the last month, and everyone was saying to me "Are You scared?" and my answer was " Um yea the IRS scares me, not the Yanks struggles. If you look at the numbers the Yanks played .500 baseball as the Redsoxs had one of their best months in recorded history. And for the thousandth time I will say to Redsoxs fans " The way your team is playing now is the way they should be playing now and all through the whole season, you have so much talent its not funny. They have an awesome team, and a better team than the Yankees.Ok I will say it again to make sure, The Redsoxs are a better team than the Yankees this year. Now I know not a single person would say in any given season that the Yanks are a better team than the Redsoxs, but that is the difference between Redsoxs fans and Yankees fans. All the Redsoxs do is worry about the Yanks, but we dont care what the Redsoxs are doing. Anyways so the thing that pisses me off is that Redsoxs fan go into hibernation when the Redsoxs are in 2nd by 8-10 games which they were all during the summer. And I was the one who said dont worry Redsoxs fans they will turn it around and they will make the wild card. They were all silent. NOw the team is playing like I knew they could play and now everyone and their sister has "Redsoxs" "Go Redsoxs" "Break the Curse 2004" on their profile, which makes me ask the question " where were you when they were doing so-so? It like Pedro when he is doing nasty he is joking around and laughing with the teammates in the dugout, yea but when Pedro loses 2 or 3 in a row he is harder to find than Osama. Redsoxs fans hang on every game, and then they come back saying " Yankees Suck they lost 22-0" Hey guess what, its one game and i rather lose 22-0 than get shut out by Seattle. But see I dont say that because I dont go tit for tat with Redsoxs fans. Anyone who says " Yankees Suck" has no class and is disrespecting the whole game of baseball. Hey how bout you fans have some class and give some credit if they play good. I will be the first to admitt and have on numerous times "Wow they sucked it up on that game"or "We got it handed to us last night" I dont say well we got 26 rings and all that crap or boston blows or any garbage like that.
Now that it is back to 4 games with like 20 to go alot of things can happen. My pitching staff is coming along Orlando Hernadez is have a Cy Young type of second half (did not pitch the first half, maybe like one start) he is 8-0 team record of 11-1 and an era of 2.50. MIke Mussina has put together two games in a row, Lieber is improving, and Vasquez has to preform better for the post season, and with Jason Giambi coming back tonight and maybe Kevin Brown ready for October, with Rivera, Gordon and Quantill lights out . It should be an interesting post season pitching wise. And one more thing did the Redsoxs lose anyone in the offseason? Todd Walker? he is ok try matching losing Pettite, Clemens, Wells. and Giambi for most of the season and still be in 1st the whole time? I can not predict what the Yanks could have done if they did not fly and play 2 against the Rays in Japan. Yea you lost Nomar, and I cant blame him for leaving but you gained Shillings, Roberts, Doug Minkiwics( Good spelling Juice!) Foulke and Cabeara, Myers and I think that is it. SO to top it off enjoy the games between the teams I know I will be for the Yanks and soxs fans for them but take this Sucks thing out of it boo or whatever but you look terrible when you say it especially woman you know who I am talking about.!
Am I scared? Hell no I am confident that my team will win , but what do you want from me I hate to lose at anything, and I cant stand losing, and everyone who has ever said anything to me about my team better pray that the soxs go farther than the Yanks because you will wish you never said anything. To the people who has said nothing and just talked to me about baseball and everything , dont worry Anyways enough about baseball.
What a week For my football teams!! Jesus the BUCS and Seminoles!. Unbelievable, first FSU hello you guys are up 10-0 in late in the third in Miami. BUt injuries got to us. Hey Chris Rix you have not improved in four years Pal step up your game this is it for you. TAke us to the national championship. one lose is ok but stop throwing into double coverage and fumbling the ball, especially in over time!! We will bounce back. Bobby Bowen have our boys build on this lose and lets role out with a nice 11-1 record going into the bowl game. We got the guns to do it.
NOW my Bucs... can someone be our quarterback, anyone ? I know we got 3 on the team but can someone help out Brad Johnson. Brad throw the ball for crying out loud dont hold on to it ! Lets not make this season like the ones before our super bowl win where we scored like 4 points a game. Coach Gruden just make sure they know its just the first game and that they can still win it all. Hey the PAts lost 31-0 in the first game last year. Defense you made one mistake but thats ok, lets get the offense rollin
