I have vanquished the beast of Improbable Technology and can once again access my live journal. Mind you, I did have to call upon the god Commercialism to do so (a greedy god, demanding monetary sacrifice), but that's the way of the techno-incompetent. Enough about that.
Ever get the feeling that you have absolutely no idea who your friends are? There are people I see almost every day whom I talk with, have drinks or the odd meal with, and often-times I'll find myself looking at them and seeing a stranger. It's not a matter of discovering something new about them, more a matter of seeing them in a different light.
That's it. I'm done with this post. I'm going to go find my Dear Ephesus and think in a dark room. I think better in dark rooms than I do in front of glowing computer monitors.
