I know weight fluctuates a lot and all that but I'm already down to 169 as of this morning! I haven't seen below 170 in so long...gave me renewed inspiration to get to the gym today.

I wanna work on endurance...this week i'm gonna up the time of my workout by about 10-15 minutes...and in 2 weeks time, I'll do it again... I want to get good endurance training for karate..that black belt test will be murder, I'm sure of it.
