Well now I've seen everything.
I got suspended then demoted for an agent of mine expressing his opinion to hie teammates.
They fired him and told me I was getting back on the phones and taking a $2.50 an hour pay cut. So I went out and found a new job.
It is with Qwest doing inbound sales. It is for the same pay as I was getting as an agent at calltech, but none of the bull. It goes to $10.00 after training whitch is 16 weeks. But I can handle 16 weeks training.
The real fun came about 2 hours after getting the new job. I went to calltech and handed in my badge with a message for my project manager. " FUCK OFF AND DIE!!" The poor receptionist didn't quite know how to handle that. It was so much fun since the ops manager was in the room making copies. According to a friend he did a double take and said "Holy shit" he also had a dumbfounded look on his face.
Anyway that was my life for the last 2 weeks.
I almost forgot. They told me the suspention was because I wasn't doing my job. I only have 2 questions about that. If I'm not doing my job then why was I the only supervisor that took supe calls. Finally If I'm such a bad supervisor then why where 2 of the 3 new supes promoted from my team?
