current leg poundages:
leg press - 1145 x 10
squat - 340 x 6 (easy reps, going for 430 or 520 next week)
leg extension - 250 (the stack) x 20
calf raise - 700+
in the coming weeks i will finally be getting into real poundage ^^
school has begun, the final semester!
i think it will be a good one, dare i say "easy," well maybe at least when compared to last semester.
i had to buy pants for metalworking - gay - i dont like pants, i'd rather take my chances getting burned than wear the pants, but i have no say in the matter. i've been burned worse no doubt than what can be inflicted from safely soddering
