yesterday Peter and i worked on campusing up a rope while in a pike, a whole new beast in campusing terms
it isnt that hard to do with the knees up, but when you pike, ugh.. anyway we sucked at it and will work on it
soon i'll be able to bent-over barbell row 225lbs for reps ^-^ (2 plates on each side)
should be using 100lb dumbbells on incline press for 8 reps soon
this summer will be an exciting bbing adventure for my bunny and i
just realised i never have posted this so i guess i should now:
if any of my friends out there need advise on a workout routine and nutrition just ask, more than happy to help, i've already helped a few people make substantial gains (and losses hehe)
