Coming up for air lol
Got The Sims 3 last week. Couldn't play it for about a day because of a "Disc Authentication Failure". Couldn't even start it. About half of the people that bought the game is having that or some other type of error :(
Of course, EA games is saying it's the users computers that are at fault (riiiiight). But, the game was pirated about 2 weeks before release and THAT copy works fine >_<
Also, I downloaded a 'crack' .exe file to The Sims 3 folder and now the game runs fine, of course. EA does this EVERY time that they release a game *sigh*.
I should just learn my lesson and not buy EA games until about a month after the release so that there is a patch ready >_<
I must say that The Sims 3 *is* a good game once you can get in and play it, though ^_^
