OK, don't really have propane. Hot water tank is apparently not working and there's a significant propane leak. Got lucky and found the leak in an easy to work on spot (thank God it wasn't in the floor boards and may he be mercifucl and let it be the only one). Unhooked the propane and won't have time to mess with it till tomorow. Now I get to dig through old manuals to see if I have one on the hot water tank and try to figure out what's wrong with it. I suspect one of my two propane furnaces isn't firing properly either. The vents to one seems to just blow cool (but not cold) air, while the other blows really warm air. At least propane lines are easy to work on. Screw driver and a crescent wrench takes care of near anything and everything. The water tank and furnace have me more concerned.
Even if I had hot water, I'm not getting enough water pressure to work the shower. Will try pulling the pressure valve to see if it kicks up the power, and if not, need to have at it with the park manager. Given how long it took him to clear paperwork for me to move in I'm not the most hopeful he'll be competent in dealing with this. Nor am I the most patient and understanding. Wonder if I can legally withhold rent till it's fixed in King County. Any ideas where I'd look that up DevilDoll?
Wonder if I can activate my on board water pump for extra pressure without filling the freshwater tanks. Otherwise I may end up having to consistantly fill the tanks and run off them instead of just running off the input line. What a pain. That might give me shower pressure at least. Assuming I can fix the water heater. At least I have a working toilet.
So glad I'm attending a college with good hot gym showers.
Don't have time for this and I'm tired. Now I get to go study for a big midterm.
