- Started my job, yay!
It's going... ok.... I am right now in Automated Chemistry which is very stressful and busy. It is great if you are very organized and a great multi-taskers, which I am. However if you don't know how to do everything, and there is a hell of alot of things to know how to do, then when new a thing pop up it totally throws you off... Needless to say I have had better weeks...
- I almost burnt down the lab this week... but it wasn't my fault... it could of happened to nayone or so they say...
It was morning and I put the controls on and turned round to talk to the lady I was working with and all of a sudden we smelled electrical fire, at whihc point flames and smoke shot out of the otehr end of the machine. Everyone ran out of the lab while I was running the other way, to save my bloogd glucose meter in the other end of the lab. I was left in there with the smoky machine and everyone was gone. So I being the good lab rat that I am jumped up on hte counter to close all the gates before exiting. The fire men came and did what ever they do and we all went back to work... yeah day later they are asking me what I am going to burn down next... :p
- I have just booked my apointments to have laser hair removal of my entire... well they call it the "brazilian extended package" so you can guess what that is... I have my first appointment Moanday ,yay!
I think those are all the highlights form the last few weeks, if I come up w/ any more you all will be the first to know :)
