I just made the most delicious, fluffiest, crunchiest bread ever.
When I got it out of the bread maker I was really disappointed, because it kind of sunk a bit (3 and a half hours in the breadmaker are bound to get you down). but it smelled awesome and surprisingly- tasted even better!
60% rye, 40% white. I really like the mocha-golden-ginger tone of the crust.
