Tests
Why are people so afraid of them?
Today in one of my classes the professor was asking if we would prefer a take home or in class final exam.
Almost unanimously the call was for a take home final.
I don't see the objection to tests.
Is it fear of the unknown? Do people foresee a question being posed on some material they have never heard of?
Tests are always faster than their take home counter parts.
Most people cite obscenely long study times to counter that.
I figure that showing up to class everyday, paying attention and taking notes is studying enough.
Essays always take so long to write, so much motivation, and are expected to be of a much higher caliber.
Give me a test any day.I generally enjoy them
