i just thought i'd update since it's been a long time.
i'm still alive, though i have to say i think that teaching middle school reduces your life span considerably - my kids give me chest pains at least once a day, and i can't imagine that an aneurism is too far off either.
nah, i'm just kidding... sort of. for the most part it's really fun, and i'm actually getting a little better at spanish too, though i still sound like i'm "retardado" most of the time, nonetheless i'm happy for the progress i've made.
on a nicer note, the weather here is starting to be GREAT. from what i understand, from about now until late May or so, the weather is supposed to be between 60-85 degrees almost always. which is fan-frickin-tastic.
anybody want to come visit during winter break? it's going to be my first 80 degree christmas.
