'Tis the soviet era, and an American journalist is visiting Moscow. He chides his soviet colleagues that if he wishes, he can call the US President every name under the sun in his paper - and not face any personal difficulties later.
"Comrade, you are wrong!" reply his soviet counterparts. "We too can write rude articles about the American President, and not face any harassment".
