West Highland Livers, hooligans and DNA.
My results are back, 100% fine. Nothing short of a nuclear strike could take out my liver. A genetic study showed that those with west highlands of Scotland ancestry have livers far more able to deal with alcohol than the rest of the human race. Thank you, Grandmother. Yesterday the question was posed about hooligans. This, whilst not a purely English phenomenon manifests itself in Dalaman, Magaluf and Faliraki. Why is it that when the average English youth drink they wish to fight the world? That South Africa must brace itself for the scum of England to descend, not to enjoy World Cup football but to glass foreigners? Underlying the violence of English society is not just an inner city manifestation but also observed in bucolic villages, a culture of "What are you looking at?"
Finally good news, in light of the E.C.H.R ruling in the Marper versus South Yorkshire Constabulary it is illegal to store innocent DNA samples. One problem remains - as the public (including the middle class) no longer have any faith or confidence in P.C Plod how does one verify deletion? The process must be transparent (after all if the police have nothing to hide they have nothing to fear). Would YOU give any credence to the police if they reported that they had deleted your sample from the National DNA Database?
