I thought that we were getting somewhere. Anonymity pre charging was brought in after the R v Jackson and Olding debacle, when Alexandra Doran (?) made false rape allegations. Her Dad is a K.C hence the trial which in essence had no evidence. Now we are told that anonymity is being removed.
Fine.
Remove it for both sides, then.
