The latest incident involves a Romanian national attempting to steal a 2 year old girl from her front yard in Dublin. The Garda Siochana/Geisha Sayonara (Irish police) are refusing to state his nationality. We all know what that means, last time it was an Algerian who stabbed a 5 year old girl almost to death.
