New Scotland Yard and the nature of damage.

Spent some time yesterday thing about tactics.For nine years I have inflicted damage on the UK government (and by extension, to a lesser extent on the Irish government, who are still a mere colony of Britain). I am owed money and it appears that plod do not want to pay. So take the damage. Is it time to "up the game"? It means going abroad.
