Most recent jailing of a false rape accuser is that of Lisa Jayne Samuels, 29, of Essex. She had made four previous allegations yet the vermin of Essex Police saw fit to do nothing - apart from arrest an innocent man - Terry Brown. Judge Anthony Abell only handed down a 20 month sentence (Samuels the scumbag will be out in less than a year) which is at variance with the 20 years that Mr Brown would have faced. That and a year on bail.
This if anything proves that we must have anonymity returned to rape trial defendants and preferably anonymity stripped from women making accusations, given the nature of multiple false rape cases.
Finally we also need a mandatory sentencing level (say 12 years) for proven false rape allegations.
