Are we to have rule by Creasy and Moran?

I am all for blocking Twitter accounts that post death threats or advocate raping politicians or journalists merely for expressing an opinion but I am equally against Caroline Criado-Perez, "media figure" Caitlin Moran and MP Stella Creasy demanding that dozens of accounts they dislike be banned. Oddly many are 1,000,000 plus "Anonymous" accounts such as "Your_Anon_News" and "Your_Anon_central".
We seem to be entering an arena where Twitter decides who and what is blocked and human rights are not weighed. Is this morally acceptable?
